Hospitality Now provides the knowledge and experience to improve the guest experience while observing cash controls at lounge and restaurant operations around the world.   Through our Lounge/Pub Quality Brand Audit, we are able to capture the lounge experience from the customer perspective beginning with the arrival into the parking area and ending with the payment process and departure.

During a visit to your lounge or restaurant, our Quality Brand Auditor will creatively engage in a number of customer experiences and transactions that are documented in the results for analytical review.

A Hospitality Now Quality Brand Audit is unique in comparison to our Mystery Shop in that it offers a more comprehensive visit over an extended length of stay and is completed by a Quality Brand Auditor who specializes in the Lounge and Restaurant industry.  Additionally, at the conclusion of the site visit, we offer the option of a meeting between the Auditor and the site manager to discuss the audit results and to provide added constructive feedback.

tt0138572 - bars - back barFurthermore, our Kitchen Audit can be incorporated into the Lounge and/or Restaurant visit, encompassing a total site report reflecting the entire operation from the front and back of the house, all intricate parts of the overall customer experience.

Using our Audit Tool, the Quality Brand Auditors have precise detailed guidelines that enable them to make informed and fair decisions when scoring the operation through a pre-established Answer Choice.

Within 24-48 hours, on normal business days, the Summary Report will be sent as an attachment to a pre-determined list of recipients for viewing.  The Summary Report contents can be customized to provide relevant information needed by the recipient.

The Data gathered during The Visit can be presented in a vast array of Dashboard Layouts or Management Reports which can be customized for your specific needs.   Management Reports can be sent to the pre-selected list of recipients as an attachment via e-mail.  Reports can be programmed to send to the individuals daily, weekly or monthly, enabling your management team to make informed decisions.   A hierarchy or Management Reports can be created allowing reports to be sent based on geographical regions, territories, brands, etc.
