Visiting your kitchens, our Quality Brand Auditor will inspect the heating and chilling of foods, food storage practices, FIFO, cooking, holding and chilling temperatures, and hygiene practices, and will provide an eye for a clean, safe and well maintained environment. We will customize our visit to ensure that the proper corporate records and documentation are in place as per your company standard, or assist your company in implementing a program, if necessary.
